Wesley Smith, one of the best known broadcasters in the country explores the world of Mystery Shopping with Retail Active’s Julian Chamberlain. The show airs live from 12 to 2pm on Saturday 1st August 2009 and is available via the BBC iplayer.
The programme is a live ‘phone in’ and covers topics such as 'how do you become a Mystery Shopper' and 'what has been the impact of the recession on customer service in the United Kingdom?'
