RETAIL ACTIVE WELCOMES FIONA WILSON

Fiona Wilson joins Retail Active, the prestigious customer service evaluation company as Account Director, a newly created executive position.
Fiona had been with Retail Eyes for two years working on various projects for clients within the retail, leisure and hospitality sector. Fiona has a thorough knowledge of customer research in the prestige sector and will bring a wealth of benefits to Retail Active's valued clients.
On joining the company Fiona said, “When the opportunity arose to join the Retail Active team I didn’t hesitate for a moment – Retail Active is a company with a seriously positive future.
