Completing an Evaluation
After conducting your assignment you will need to complete an evaluation. Each evaluation is to be completed online. You must provide honest opinions and all answers should be objective and personal. Remember the staff you are reporting on will read your evaluation. Please read your evaluation carefully and ensure that there are no contradicting answers. It is vital that you spell check your evaluations before sending them.
When evaluations need to be completed
You will need to complete the online evaluation within 48 hours of an assignment. Unfortunately, if you are unable to complete the evaluation within the timeframe we may need to allocate your assignment to another mystery shopper. We do not want this to happen and would not be able to pay you for the evaluation you completed.
Please ensure evaluations are completed on time or you notify us immediately if there is a problem.
As soon as you have finished your assignment (within 48 hours) please log onto www.retailactive.com and complete the online evaluation.
Please complete the questionnaire clearly and accurately. Text sections must be fully written with plenty of detail and descriptions (word or character minimums may apply).
Rejected evaluations
We occasionally have to reject evaluations. Some common reasons are:-
- The evaluation was completed beyond the deadline
- Key information was missing e.g. staff names
- Comments were vague or offensive
- Receipts were missing so we were unable to validate the evaluation.
- The shopper acted in such a way that staff were aware that a mystery shop was being undertaken.
