Programme Development Process
To ensure success of your project we make sure nothing is left to chance and have developed our very own Project Development Process. Using this process guides clients and ourselves through the important stages of getting the project set up to exacting standards, on time and to budget.
The eleven-step process takes us through a structured process stage as follows:

The most important part of any project is the planning and development stage. It is absolutely critical to the future success of the project.
Stage One - Introduction
The initial phase of the programme is to understand the parameters of the project, the timetable and the budget. This provides us with essential information as well as understanding of any potential barriers to success.
Whether we are talking on the phone for the first time or have made an appointment to meet with you, this first opportunity to discuss your requirements helps us understand your needs and expectations.
Stage Two - Project Team
Once we are clear about your requirements we assign a project development team to work with you. Their objective is to make your project “the best it can possibly be”. You will have your own Project Team Manager to call on at any time to assist you at all stages, making the project a complete success.
We seek to do as much of the legwork as possible, making the process of implementing your new Programme as painless and stress free as possible.
Stage Three - Research
Conducting initial research at this stage helps to determine appropriate evaluation methods and add early value to the future success of the programme.
To ensure we can provide a credible and knowledgeable service, it’s important that we fully understand and have empathy with our clients sector.
We always take time to research our client’s and their industry ensuring we are knowledgeable about trends, corporate culture, legislative changes, as well as competitor activities.
Stage Four – Initial Development
At this stage of the project we will ask for a briefing meeting. The purpose of the meeting will be to capture all of the business critical aspects that your project needs to incorporate. We guide you through suggested question evaluation and criteria to be used as part of the project. Evaluations should emulate training and best practices and “criteria” should be actions and conditions people already know they are should be achieving.
Stage Five – IT and Reportage Development
Once you have engaged us we will develop your bespoke online reporting system. As soon as you have approved the programme evaluation and criteria, our IT department will help upload the programme into your online portal.
This powerful reporting software is developed specifically for you and is available 24/7. Not only does it provide drill down reporting options to every minute detail, it is also presented in your corporate colours and branding.
Stage Six - Programme and System Testing
Stage six focuses on checking that your programme is free from any potential bugs. We perform a test shop to check that the process and scoring is working accurately. We also conduct a thorough internal quality-checking process to ensure that everything is reporting and working, exactly as it should.
Your Project Team Manager will induct you to the functionality of system and show you how to get the most from the online reportage options and features.
At this stage we will consider if there is anythng else that should be incorporated to make the programme as future proof as possible.
Stage Seven - Team Selection and Education

For each project all of our team members and shoppers are inducted to the programme and tested to ensure they fully understand what is expected.
Having the right people, properly inducted and trained about the fine details of the client’s project is essential.
As part of our quality assurance processes and procedures, every evaluation is proof read “twice” before it is published. Every team member is monitored and coached to bring the success of your project to life.
Stage Eight - Launch
Only when everything is absolutely spot on and ready to go do we launch the programme. We are passionate about delivering an outstanding service and will keep you informed of any notable findings as we progress through the first few days. Often this can be examples of outstanding service received or maybe areas of concern that may need management attention.
Stage Nine – Programme Analysis
Our powerful and in-depth reporting tools enable us to produce precise, timely and factual intelligence. This “state of the nation” business intelligence enables you to make the correct strategic decisions for your business.
It’s always exciting to receive mystery shopper reports for a new programme. Using our powerful web based Project Reportage software we begin to identify emerging trends and analysis. We can view information in incredible detail and develop custom online reportage to examine the results against the project success measures.
Stage Ten - Presentation and Executive Reporting
At the end of each round we always meet with our clients and stakeholders to present our findings. We will present your business intelligence via the online reporting programme and share with you any particularly important or interesting facts and emerging trends.
Often the reporting highlights previously unexposed weaknesses and strengths, enabling our clients to develop strategic actions to enhance business performance and success.
To help make life as simple as possible your Project Team Manager will present a monthly Executive Summary. This summary will illustrate the most critical information and opportunities into an easily understandable and digestible document.
Stage Eleven – Review and Improve
Behind the scenes we will be analysing and reviewing ways to improve our service to you and in turn the quality of your programme.
