I have difficulty using the website
The online reportage is best experienced with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or higher or Firefox 1.0 or higher. On the login page you have the option of downloading either browser.
I have problems logging in
- Your username must be typed as it appears in the e-mail(s) you have received. If your username is "John H. Smith, Jr.", then "John Smith" will not work. Be certain to include any spaces, periods, commas or other characters.
- Your password is case-sensitive -- uppercase/lowercase makes a difference! If your password is "john1234", then "John1234" will not work.
- Cookies must be enabled in your web browser.
Enabling cookies in Internet Explorer:
- click on the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options"
- go to the "Security" tab and click "Custom Level"
- scroll down until you see the "Cookies" settings, and verify that the "Enabled" options are selected (there may be more than one listed)
- click "OK"
Netscape Navigator users:
- click on the "Edit" menu, then "Preferences"
- click on the word "Advanced" in the left-hand window
- in the right-hand window, click on "Accept all cookies"
- click "OK"
I am unable to print off the assignments
Your printer settings may not be compatible to our website.
- Open Internet explorer
- From the main menu select file
- Select page set up
- Set to paper size A4
- Set to orientation portrait
- Set all margins to 0
I have problems when completing my reports online
Remember to turn off any pop-up blockers before you log in.
The system times out when I have not entered any data for a while
All forms have a “feature”, save your work every 5-10 minutes to ensure you do not loose your report.
My system does not allow pop-ups
