The Retail Active Service Guarantee
At Retail Active we are passionate about the service we provide and are proud to offer our industry leading Service Guarantee.
Should any Mystery Shop or Brand Audit not be presented to the agreed standard or yield "useful" information, Retail Active will provide the Client with an additional evaluation at no charge as long as we are informed within 30 days of the assignment.
The Retail Active service guarantee is applicable where brand audit or mystery shopping information is lacking in detail, or too vague to be considered useful.
The only exception to this guarantee is that all reimbursable expenses incurred will remain payable.
